Patient E-mails are designed as a service to our patients. The program is coordinated by the Mercy Tyler Hospital Public Relations Office and the messages are received in the Health Information Management Office, HIM. The E-mails are printed on special paper, placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to the patients between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday by a Mercy Tyler Volunteer. We try to deliver all messages in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery.
